Project provides food, shelter, clothing, social services and the Gospel message for homeless men, women and children of the Eugene and Lane County communities.
Hours:
24 hours a day, 7 days a week - Center closed daily 1:00pm - 4:00pm
Meals are served M-Sat at 5pm; Sun at 4pm.
Eligibility:
Any woman, 18 or older, who is experiencing homelessness or in need of assistance with basic need items.
Intake Process:
Women should go to the Women's Center, which is at 1544 West First Avenue (the building just east of the main lodge). Walk-in basis: First come-first served. Urine analysis and alcohol testing upon check in. A new guest orientation is completed with staff.
Languages:
All staff speak English. We welcome everyone of any nationality and accommodate language barriers to the best of our ability.
Shelter Requirements:
Clean and sober, must be able to take care of personal activities of daily living and be able to coexist in a communal living setting.
Accessibility:
Locked gate that staff unlocks from a buzzer system at the desk.
