UPDATE 12/05/2020 - No new guests accepted until further notice. During these Covid-19 times, not all the available beds are being used due to social/physical distancing protocols. Call ahead for actual bed availability. The Eugene Mission is a Gospel Rescue Mission providing food, shelter, clothing, social services and the Gospel message for homeless women and their children of the Eugene and Lane County communities.
Hours:
24 hours, 7 days a week - Center closed daily 1:00PM to 4:00PM
Eligibility:
Any woman with child(ren) who is experiencing homelessness or are in need of assistance with basic need items. Clean and sober, must be able to take care of personal activities of daily living and be able to coexist in a communal living setting.
Intake Process:
Mothers with children enter at the main lodge at 1542 West First Avenue, and then are escorted to the Mothers and Children!s center at 1470 West First Avenue. Meals are served M-Sat at 5pm; Sun at 4pm.Walk-in basis. First come-first served. Urine analysis and alcohol testing upon check in. A new guest orientation is completed with staff.
Program Fees:
All guests will be assigned a daily chore in exchange for staying the night.
No fee for staying at the Eugene Mission.

All staff speak English. We welcome everyone of any nationality and accommodate language barriers to the best of our ability.

Locked gate that staff unlocks from a buzzer system at the desk.
